Albatrace (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a web-based application that generates ball flight trace overlays on golf shot videos. You upload a video, identify the ball position, and receive a processed video with a trajectory overlay.
By accessing or using Albatrace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Albatrace. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
You must register an account to use the Service. We support sign-in with Google and Apple. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect suspicious or unauthorized use.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and other major payment methods. You agree to provide current and accurate payment information. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
New users may receive a free trial. Your subscription will auto-renew unless canceled before the end of the billing period. You can cancel at any time. Prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. If prices change, we will notify you in advance via email before the new pricing takes effect. Price changes apply starting from your next billing cycle. If you do not agree with updated pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
All content, trademarks, code, and intellectual property related to the Service are owned by or licensed to Albatrace. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms. Unauthorized copying, modification, or exploitation of our content is prohibited.
By submitting feedback, suggestions, corrections, or other input, you grant us the right to use such contributions for any purpose without compensation. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us the right to process it for service delivery.
Videos exported on the free tier include a small “Albatrace” watermark. Upgrading to a paid plan removes the watermark. The watermark may not be removed, obscured, or altered on free-tier exports.

We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We are not liable for any loss resulting from Service downtime, interruptions, or data loss due to maintenance or termination.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your particular use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Albatrace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Albatrace in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Albatrace harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@albatrace.app.
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Georgia.
By using the Service, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us. You agree that all agreements, notices, and disclosures provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will notify registered users via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Albatrace regarding the Service. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
