Albatrace (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a web-based application for golf shot analysis and ball flight tracing. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use albatrace.app.

- Video files — uploaded and processed temporarily. Videos are deleted immediately after your traced result is delivered. We do not retain your video content.
- Trace metadata — detection statistics, trajectory data, seed coordinates (pixel space), processing times, and confidence scores. This data is anonymized and contains no personally identifiable information.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, referrer information, and web performance metrics. Collected by Vercel Analytics, which operates without cookies and does not track individual users.
- Device and technical data — browser type, operating system, and IP address, used for security, error monitoring, and diagnostics.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect to:
- Provide the Service and deliver your traced results.
- Improve the product based on anonymized usage analytics.
- Send account-related communications.
- Diagnose technical issues and maintain service reliability.

Albatrace uses only essential cookies for session management. We do not use advertising, marketing, or third-party tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics operates without cookies and does not track individual users across sites.
7. Data Retention
- Video files: deleted immediately after your traced result is delivered. Not retained.
- Trace metadata: retained indefinitely in anonymized form for product improvement.
- Account data: retained while your account is active. Deleted upon request.
8. Children's Privacy
Albatrace is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or update of your data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Request export of your data in a portable format.
- Opt out of non-essential communications.
